But it’s not just full work out, there are also psychological skills, like self-confidence and mental tughness. It’s a stress-reliever.
I’m being honest, when I started this sport I was insicure, and I was always accompanied by a feeling sick.
There are a lot of aspects that I have to improve, and I’ve never done a boxing-match.
But, honestly, once in my life I believe in what I am doing, I know what I am doing and there’s no way I’m going to give up.
Muhammed Ali once said this famous quote “Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee”, that is constantly in my mind.
